PRIVACY & YOUR CHOICES

How VRES uses your information.

When you submit a guide request, professional-help request, course-interest sign-up, or professional application, your information is sent to Wix and stored for Veteran Real Estate Source to review and respond. John Dilley can access these submissions through the Wix dashboard. Submitting does not start a mortgage application, create a course login, assign a professional, or guarantee an introduction.

Professional-help requests include your permission for VRES to coordinate an introduction. Independent professionals have their own privacy practices. Optional email-tip preferences are separate from requesting help. Guide requests and course sign-ups each receive a welcome email with the requested resource link. VRES receives new-request notifications. Ongoing marketing sequences and SMS are not enabled.

Do not submit Social Security numbers, service records, bank details, or sensitive financial documents. Readiness answers stay in this visit. Your chosen timeframe and help type may appear in the page address; contact details do not.

Wix provides hosting and form processing and may keep operational records. An anonymous Wix visitor token is stored in your browser to support forms and content. The course optionally saves progress locally when you enable saving; that copy excludes contact details and does not sync across devices.

VA links, YouTube videos, and the eXp home-search tool use third-party services with their own privacy practices. Video players load when you choose to play. VRES is independent of VA.

For questions about submitted information, use Get Help and describe your request without sensitive records.
